Phew, what a day!

Wow what a busy day.  I am working really hard to get all my crafting in at the moment!  I am lucky enough to be on 3 Design Teams now, and am in my element!  Could just do with giving up the day job now! LOL.

Spent the morning on 2 more samples for Dreamees, sorting out my challenge ideas for Inky Impressions and getting ready for my first set of artwork from My Craft Studio.  I cant wait for that to arrive!

In between all that I managed to create this cute little card using the Pampered Pets range of stamps.

I stamped and coloured this image onto watercolour card.  I used my Inktense watercolour pencils, which are my absolute favourites and edged the image with my black Lyra pen.

I stamped the sentiment "wife" using one of the fab Cuddly Buddly range of Stamps.
The papers are mainly from the Trimcraft "Back to Basics" range.
The florals have been distressed and the centres are faux pearls.

I have decided to enter this card into 2 challenges:

I decided to enter this gorgeous Sugar Nellie "Adorables" card into the Really Reasonable Ribbon challenge.
I do hope the greens and the lace and ribbons fit in well with the challenge!

The "Less is More" Challenge

"Freaky Flutterby" Anya Digi Stamp
Lovely Anya Digi.  I do love the Greetings Farm Stamps.
I decided to enter this into the Less is More Challenge.  I do hope it is "Less" enough.  I thought it had very clean lines and thoroughly enjoyed making it.

This is my entry for the Creative Cottage Challenge! They wanted "tags".  I hope they like mine!
Its a lovely blog with great talents on there.  Well worth a visit.!
This image is coloured with Promarkers and some gorgeous designer papers used from my stash!

I thought I would try something new!  I have printed onto canvas paper and decorated it with glitters and pens.  I then cut an image from my FABULOUS Polkadoodles CD, Back to Nature.  I am totally in love with Nicky Hall's cds and she is one of my absolute faves.  Her stamps are awesome.  I have just invested in some, but havent got around to colouring them yet...... stamped wonderfully though.  She is a demon with the Promarkers!

BUT MY BIG NEWS FOR THE DAY......OOOOH I AM SO EXCITED...... I HAVE GOT ONTO THE DREAMEES DESIGN TEAM! YIPPEE.  CAN'T WAIT TO GET CRAFTING FOR THEM !

Monday 7 March 2011

I just love this MCS image, courtesy of Nancy Watt (I think!).  The rose on the hat has (believe it or not... again) been finished with glossy accents.  This wonderful best wishes stamp was a fab freebie from the Docraft Creativity Magazine.  Gorgeous when distressed and matted and layered.

I enjoyed playing with Joanna Sheen's Enchanted Moments CD.  Some beautiful images.  The photo of this card just doesn't do it justice.  Embellished with Martha Stewart punched doily flowers, vintage lace and glossy accents (believe it or not!!!)

Loving Cuddly Buddly.....

How cute are these digi images.  I have just been drooling over the Cuddly Buddly website, samples and giveaways!
Oh and by the way, this image was watercoloured, matted and layered using Spellbinders dies, punched with Martha Stewart Punches and embellished with Wild Orchid Craft flowers.  Backing papers are from my stash.
